Scope of Project: The Behavioral Leadership Group
conducts research, both independently and in collaboration with
existing research networks such as the HIV Prevention Trials Network
(HVTN), the Pediatric and Adult AIDS Clinical Trials Groups (PACTG,
AACTG), the Community Programs for Clinical Research on AIDS (CPCRA),
and others, on promising behavioral, microbicidal, prophylactic,
therapeutic, and vaccine modalities in HIVinfected and HIV-at-risk
adolescents, ages 12 through 24 years. Dr. Murphy serves as the
chair of the Behavioral Leadership Group of the ATN.
